THE ROYAL CITY SCHOOL SYSTEM emphasize parents to cooperate with school because on many reasons; one of which is that the teachers alone cannot provide all the education required for a child; parents also play very important role in this respect. On average a student hardly spend less than 5 hours with their teachers while the rest hours of the day they spend with their parents. This shows that parent’s cooperation with teachers and school by regularly attending Parent-Teacher meeting and visits to school will help a lot in the following ways:

It boosts up the student’s academic ability and progress.

Coordination between Parent-Teacher must be existed so as to evaluate student’s performance on regular basis.

By monitoring homework diary and home preparation, parents can make them feel checked all the time.

Parents should make it confirmed and possible that at least 2 to 4 hour’s time must be given to the student for self-study at home.
Best Parents’ Award

Parents should also cooperate with the teachers and management of TRCSS and have provided a good ground for their kids to get full attention toward the studies and knowledge. They also have made our task easier to accomplish mutual goal.

Parents who have devoted themselves toward the studies of their children have got their best reward from God in the shape of the bright future of their children. Today, their children are working on higher posts, some are Directors and Managers, and some are good Doctors, Engineers and Pilots. All this is the fruit for the hard work of both; parents and THE ROYAL CITY SCHOOL SYSTEM.
THE ROYAL CITY SCHOOL SYSTEM have also done its best in encouraging such parents by announcing “Best Parents Awards” for those parents who has put their efforts in coordination with TRCSS by preparing the kids to send them to school in time, to help the kids complete their homework, send their kids in a proper and neat and clean uniform, support their kids in each and every aspect of getting good studies. The awards are given in a well-organized function where Key Persons from Education or other departments are invited as Chief Guests.
Parents-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
Regular P.T.M. is conducted to bridge the gap between those who give birth to their child and those who make them successful in their practical life to come. The P.T.M. are held:

To highlight the students’ weakness both in educational and moral behavior. Parents are requested to discuss such issues through complaint slips.

For such meetings parents are welcome by a special Royal teaching staff that always looks for discussing about the child’s progress with their parents.

By coordinating between parents and teacher’s problems, complaints, suggestions and serious issues are addressed & settled amicably.

This also will motivate the parents in terms of putting more effort toward their kid’s education as well as physical and social training.

The parents will get more information about their kid’s school behavior as well as they will get more confidence in teachers and the school staff/management. This will also increase their social and community links and network.
